Home Care Services
I am a new community micro -provider based in Sparkford Somerset.
I want to support people to remain in their own home and have a good standard of life. Help family members with the daily pressure of care and be a supporting life line to my clients and family. I am open to help in all aspects of day to day care and companionship. Providing short term and long term help to maintain a fulfilling and independent life. I am extremely passionate about personal centered care as everyone's care needs are different and plans should be tailored and specific to each clients requirements.
Visits
I am available for some day/evening visits in the week and early starts at the weekend. I can also offer night sleep in and sitting services please get in contact to see if I can help with your needs.
Specialist Services
I would like to help people settle back into their own homes after a stay in hospital and respite for clients with dementia .
